Refund Policy
At MOM JEWELLS , we take utmost care to deliver high-quality jewellery, and therefore we do not provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or personal dislike. Refunds will be issued only in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, and to claim this, customers must provide a clear unboxing video taken from the moment the sealed package is opened, showing the damage without interruption. Any damage must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery, along with the video and photographs as proof. Refund requests without a valid opening video or those made after the specified time frame will not be accepted. Once verified, refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment.
